Support other than leads?

Does your program provide support, other than on-line leads? For example, do you provide guidelines on how to put up local signs, advertising, etc? Do you provide support on how to proceed to close the deal after a lead is provided? And just who provides financing for "cash buyers"?

It does sound like a timely and potentially good product. Thanks in advance for any further information.

We do not provide "support" for running your business, you get access to my marketing materials and I will have a real estate investing course come out soon, but for the most part it is up to the affiliate to run their business as they see fit.
